Promotions and on-site event staff:

Scavenger Teams.
In assisting our aspiring idea, three different teams will be the event attractors moving from country to country and pre-anouncing the
upcoming performances through other smaller events, workshops, educational lectures on arts, performances and design and of course
trade events.
The three branches of the small scavenger teams would be:
Our scavenger teams will be working simultaneously in a duration of 10 days each month of the event season (April/May to October-6
months) to bring the news to all the countries about the upcoming events and encourage participants to visit.
Technical assistance and media coverage* will be provided to them, while a couple of organizers/leaders will be within each of the
scavenger teams to arrange all the necessary procedures

Makers

Maker team
The Makers, emerging
artists and performers
that participate in
workshops and create
content through coliving,
co existing and
co-creating in an art
residency.Teach people
about digital art and art in
Virtual Reality
environment. Raise
awareness about how
VR can assist in
minimising the CO2
emissions towards a
greener artistic world

Railers

he Railriders,
innovators and designers
working on the move to
assist the biking team
with social media
dissemination and
innovation fairs. They are
moving by train trying to
reach simultaneously with
the Bikers the same
spaces

Bikers

The Bikers, people of
athletic background with
the solely purpose of
keeping the flame of the
European spirit alive
across the continent,
being assisted by an
electric van for equipment
and staging materialt

This team will be casted for their personality, promotional talent and of course physical ability to pedeal across continent.

They wiill be the subject of produciton for the Educators in the Production Van (Director and Producer Duo)

Workshops

Teach Virtual Production to get indie studios up and running on a minimal budget and with equipment they likely already own.  These Events will be lead by Producer and Director Team driving the Remote Virtual Production Can, which records the adventures, antics and mishaps of the Biker Team, who is transving 1999 kilometwea April – October. with How to get up and running on minimal budget.

Performing arts from all the cultures of europe, touring and collaborating.

 

Perforamnces will be hosted by local artists and work directly with core team member “Perforamnce Director”, who is responsible for the 299,000 budget

SubEvents

At least 10 events per city which raise awareness and support the main performance and workshop.  These will include Workshop reloads, which is where we practice the skills learned, test ideas, and creatively explore. From impromptu classical music concerts in the main Piazza to flash-mobs in the park, these shows will garner attention and promote the cause.  The will be lead by the bikers, railers and makers.
